Combining minocyclin, tretinoin and clindamicin for acne treatment?

I have been using tretinoin and clindamycin as medications against acne for a while now. As they were not working well enough, my dermatologist prescribed me the antibiotic minocyclin. I never thought to ask him if I should continue to use tretinoin and clindamycin while using minocyclin.

So, would anyone happen to know whether it is allowed and useful to use all three medications at the same time? Or would it be best if I stopped using tretinoin and clindamycin while using minocyclin?
