Cystic Acne - Spots - redness

Dear sir,

My back shoulders are completely with black spots with pimples.. i tried many treatments including isotetrinoin.. no use.. again its coming back. already damaged by back .. now its coming on chest with red pimples.. is there any way to cure it permanently..
