Cysts

by lilsuezel, Jun 29, 2009 12:52PM
I have never had a problem with acne as a kid. Pretty much had good skin, and I do not use soap to wash. I use facial cleansers. For the last two 1/2 years I have been getting cysts on my face, on my cheeks and chin. They are very hard, start out pianful and itcy, then turn into large 1/4 to 1/2 inch in diameter hard bumps on my face, and they take weeks and sometimes a month or more to go away. I have pierced one at the beginning when I started getting them, and brownish bloody liquid drained from it. I try not to touch them or puncture them since that first one as I do not want to do any damage. Most of the time they are painful at first, then become just hard, but sometimes I get one that is very painful and red. What can I do to prevent them, get them to go away, and stop them from coming back! They are very annoying and completely ugly! I could handle them anywhere else but on my face! Please help!
