DNCB Cream

My 7 yr old daughter saw the dermatolgist and was diagnosed with molluscum contagiousum on the inside of her right elbow.  She had 8-10 small wart like bumps.  The doctor prescribed DNCB cream which we initiated 2 weeks ago after a test dose site.  I started to apply the cream every 72 hours and covered it for 10 hrs.  After the first week I noticed more warts accumulating around the same area and also on her abdomen.  I started to put the cream on the new ones as well.  Now the warts have become large inflamed blisters oozing pus.  They are very itchy and tender.  I am contemplating stopping the cream altogether and possibly resort to freezing them off.  Please advise, does the freezing method work after 1 treatment?
