Defferin gel side effects

hi does anyone know whether using differin gel on a long term basis will have any side effects in the future?

Hi.
Differin is a good choice for patients who require long term treatment. Side effects are usually mild and dryness, redness and peeling usually discontinue with regular use.
Long term use of topical retinoids can worsen telangiectasia (dilated facial veins common in acne rosacea). To reduce the risk of this only apply Differin at night, use SPF in the day and avoid excessive sun exposure.
