Do I have genital warts?

I'm almost positive I have genital warts.
I have a big lumpy one on my inner thigh And I also have lots and lots of bumps on my labia and lips and I have a yellowish green sometimes discharge that smells kinda and I am always sweaty in my vagina. Recently I was examining my fingers and they are covered in little what looks like cauliflower wArts but super super tiny like a needle but taking over my whole fingers and moving to my hand and my arms.. I also have bumps on my lips and under my eyes and above them but the ones on my eyes are super small and don't poke out...

Do I have genital warts?
What are the bumps on my hands?
Could all of this be fortyce spots?
Can I be transferring the warts all over
My body because when I look with a flash light I see lots of little bumps and clusters all over my arms and legs..?
Plz help me out here
And I'm 17 and sexually active (well not until I find out what this is)

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to say what the genital lesions are. Possibilities that may need to be considered include warts, cysts etc. The yellowish green discharge could be due to genital infection and it is advised to get this examined by a gynaecologist.
It would again be difficult to determine the cause of the bumps on the hands. Likely possibilities include warts, cysts, molluscum contagiosum etc.
Yes, Fordyce spot is a possibility around the genital region.
Well, usually the warts from one region are not transmitted to other regions e.g. genital warts do not usually spread to fingers and vice versa. However wart from one hand could spread to other hand.
I would suggest consulting a gynaecologist and a dermatologist at your earliest convenience for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
