hi i have that same problem, it may be your daily routine of washing and moisturising.
i have exzema (eczema) and have to be careful of things i use. firstly try not using your soap on your face
instead use a cleanser or face wash. try the evian range. iv been using it daily and my skins been great since.
The best range i've found for combination skin is by Estee Lauder available in department stores and chemists. It's expensive but definately worth it. Try their cleanser and toner for normal-combination skins to combat oil without drying. xx
Something else that I used to use is Proactive. I ran out and have not bought anymore yet, but it works wonders. It is kinda spendy, but a two month supply is about $40. If used right it lasts that long too. My face was staying clear when I was using it. Good stuff.
