I am unable to go and see a dermatologist at this time because I do not have medical issurance. I won't go into details, but I do not qualify for insurance I can afford right now. I am struggling with acne, and i get large blemishes. What could you suggest for over the counter methods?

Hi. Freederm is a good over the counter range, it contains Nicotinamide which reduces inflammed acne spots. The range includes a face wash, scrub, moisturiser and treatment gel.
Eloise.
