Genital Pimples [3 Cases]

Hello,

I am a 23 year old female and a newly wed of five months and never had sex with my husband until our wedding night. I am a very clean person and after each session of intercoourse, I have ALWAYS taken a shower and scrubbed myself clean so that I could prevent an infection.

But I noticed that about a month after having sex I developed a very big and ugly whitehead on the lip of my vagina. It was very painful, that whenever my underwear brushed against it--It was tender and painful. I popped it like I would any other whitehead but when I did the puss came out of about three different pores.

The second case was very similar but this time it was two pimples at one time. Those went away on their own.

Now very recently, I was in the shower washing myself when I noticed a rather large bump on the upper lip of my vagina. I had my husband take a picture of it so I could see it better and lo and behold it was about EIGHT PIMPLES gathered in one area!

There was one large one in the middle and then 7 little white heads all around it. I am so grossed out by this all and want it to go away! I've looked on-line to see what I could find out [Having no health insurance doesn't exactly make me wanna go to the doctor right now. Especially since both my husband and I lost our jobs this month.] and other people have said it to be herpes. How can this be the case if my husband is the only one I've slept with and he got tested just before we got married and showed me all the paperwork where he tested negative for every single STD out there?

Please help me! I want this to go away!

P.S. I also forgot to add that inercourse is still very painful--And I have heard that that is also one of the signs of an STD?
