I AM A 16 BYEAR OLD BOY AND I HAVE PIMPLES WELL AT LEAST IM HOPEING THEY ARE THERE ARE 3 ON MY UPPER LIP AND IM WORRIED THAT THERE COLD SORES AND A SIGN OF HERPES I HAVE HAD ORAL SEX ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO AND I THINK THERE PIMPLES THEY DONT HURT UNLESS THERE TOUCHED AND THERE SMALL LIKE ZITS/PIMPLES SO I THOUGHT IT MIGHT JUST BE PUBERTY FOR A 26 YEAR OLD BOY

Cold sores are common and can be treated with a cream from your pharmacy. If they are pimples and you only have 3 of them you are lucky! If you get more pimples use an over the counter remedy like Freederm or see your doctor for a course of antibiotics. I think you are worrying too much and feeling guilty for having oral sex so young. Don't kiss people if you or they have cold sores, always use a condom when you have sex and don't share towels or flannels with anyone.
