HELP SERIOUSLY!!!

I am 15 and I had chicken pox when I was six. I got alot of chicken pox holes in my face and it is really bothering me.

Girls dont like me because of it and people keep calling me ugly. How Can I Get Rid Of These Scars Without Spending Alot Of Money. I Seriously Need Help
