Hairy, er, penis.....help

Ok, I have a hairy penis, ok I said it. Now with that out of the way, I have another issue with this. I sometimes get ingrown hairs and what appears to be acne or at the very least black head. Is there some cream I can use. I don't want to use something for my face because it is a sensitive area. Please help. Thanks.

You're right not to use preparations designed for the face in this sensitive area. It is common to get spots down below espeicially if you have many hair follicles. Wash daily using a bland bath or shower gel without colorants, I recommend the Eucerin brand. Pat dry without rubbing and never share towels with anyone.
You may wish to repost this in the dermatology forum to ask about treatments as I am only an expert on acne vulgaris, which occurs on the face chest and back.
