Having acne within a tropical country

Hello . I'm Paolo and I'm from the Philippines. In the Philippines , we only have 2 climates which is Sunny and Rainy . Right now it is sunny. I'm living here in Puerto Princesa . The temperature ranges from 29C - 34C . It's also VERY humid. I've used over the counter products ( ex. Cetaphil ) that treats pimples . I also use benzoyl peroxide before i sleep. I've noticed that the products I use contains Glycerin which  I believe that it absorbs water from air . I have an oily skin and i perspire a lot . If we analyze it . using products with glycerin on a hot and humid country while having an oily skin and enormous sweat will quadruple the possibilities of having Acne . now my question is " what should i do ? " , should i stop using cetaphil ? should i venture on another product w/ glycerin ? . Is there also a product for acne which reduces oiliness and production of sweat ? sorry for my english or explanation , but I hope you understood what I explained . I'd be grateful if you'd reply :) thank you!

My exhusband just married a nice lady from the Philippines, and she has the same problem as you.

She says that the only thing that works for her is  Bio-oil it contains purcellin oil.
She has also started using Proactiv...not sure if it's available there though.

I started with products from supermarket when i was grade 5 , but it got worse , I went to a derma when i was 2nd yr high school but it never helped . then I bought an over the counter( drugstores) product which is Benzac(benzoyl peroxide) . It was imported from Australia . But now I don't know why they stopped importing the Benzac Wash . Today we only have the Benzac AC which is a gel. When i was using the Wash , My face became very dry . It feels very painful for the 1st 2 days . Then my skin pealed off. After that i didn't felt any pain . I continued using it for 2 more yrs . Until last february , they stopped importing the Wash . Now , I'm having a hard time finding a new product.
