Head acne?

I dunno what it is, but ive had this problem since about 2 years ago, only getting bad since a year now. I have bumps on my head, kinda like pimples, that can pop if u scratch them, and hurt sometimes. Sometimes if i stress out, i guess it causes something and I get alot on the back of my neck, making it problems to cut my hair. I wish i could get rid of this, its embarrassing somethimes.

Hi. It would be unusual to have acne vulgaris solely in this area. I think it is a form of dermatitis and a medicated shampoo from the pharmacy will help. Do not pop or scratch these lesions, this will spread bacteria and cause a secondary infection. Eloise x
