Help! i need an acne treatment immidiently!

I am currently 13 yrs old. Had some pimples around my nose since i was in third grade.And it started getting worse-like turning red and acne and black heads too all over my face when i was 11 yrs until now. I was using a treatment that my doctor gave me and it was benzoyl peroxide which turned really worse and started burning and itching that hurted really badd-i started crying. And now i need a Acne cream/cleanser or any product that will work best for me while it soothes and calms the pimples.I am currently using make-up to cover it up but i am tired of using make-up when my skin isnt really natural. PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE OR ANY PRODUCT THAT WORKS BESTT FOR ME!! =[

Hi. Ask your doctor about an acne gel called Differin (adapalene) which is effective but better tolerated than benzoyl peroxide. Differin is very good at reducing inflammation and soreness. Use a bland cleanser such as Cetaphil to minimise irritation.
Alternatively, you could take an oral antibiotic such as Oxytetracycline to kill acne causing bacteria on the skin.
There are some good camoflague make-ups which don't look mask-like. I like Dermablend by Vichy and Toleriane by La Roche-Posay. Clinique and Estee Lauder both make full coverage make-ups.
