You don't say specifically which products you have already tried, but there are lots of helpful treatments for acne spots:
Acne usually responds well to a course of oral antibiotics (such as Oxytetracycline) and a topical retinoid gel such as Differin (adapalene).
Female acne patients often respond well to taking an anti-androgen contraceptive pill such as Yaz or Yasmin.
The best make-up I have found to cover imperfections is Toleriane by La Roche-Posay. I also like Estee Lauder's Maximum Coverage foundation.
