Hi how are you? I'm 18 years old and my face is kinda broke out bad and nothin that I use works and if it does its only for like the first 2/3 days then its done workin, why is that? I hate goin places and havin my face broke out it is not a good feelin to have at all. I wear makeup all the time to try and hide it but it doesn't always work. I mean everybody I know say I look fine and that i'm am super pretty and all which I mean I have my days just like everybody but its my body and I don't feel so comfortable all the time like I should. Is there anything I can do to make my face clear up without it costin alot of money? Also I get some breakouts on my upper back how do I get them to go away along with blackheads? Wish my face could just be clear! Want to use?

You don't say specifically which products you have already tried, but there are lots of helpful treatments for acne spots:
Acne usually responds well to a course of oral antibiotics (such as Oxytetracycline) and a topical retinoid gel such as Differin (adapalene).
Female acne patients often respond well to taking an anti-androgen contraceptive pill such as Yaz or Yasmin.
The best make-up I have found to cover imperfections is Toleriane by La Roche-Posay. I also like Estee Lauder's Maximum Coverage foundation.
