High liver enzymes and accutane

Im 27 years old. I have never been a big drinker. I am very close to having gastric bypass surgery, and I also have PCOS and one of my MANY side affects from PCOS is PAINFUL acne, boils and cystic as well as nudular acne. I was getting labs done to be put on acutane for my acne and they called to tell me that my liver enyzmes were to high to be put on the medicine.
This is terrible news for me, because I wasnt told if I would get them down that I could go on it or not, or to check back in a few months or when we find out why or anyhting, they just said, Sorry we cant give you the medicine, contact your family doctor. My breakouts are TERRIBLE. All over my body, everywhere. I have stained clothes from blood everywhere from under arms of shirts, to the seat of my pants, it's AWEFUL I need this medicine! It's my only hope, I have had these problems ( and they have only gotten worse ) for ten years!!!!!!!!
Im scared to death because one I dont want to have anything more wrong with me, two I dont want it to affect my surgery because if so I dont know what in the world Im going to do to fix all my other medical problems which are weight related.
My younger sister was also diagnosed a couple years back with NASH a liver disease/condition.

Im wondering what could cause liver enzyes to be 104 other than something terribly wrong?

Someone told me it could be weight related, or gallbladder issues, even taking to much tylenyol ( which I take at least 4 time a week for headaches ). What kind of symptoms would I have for the different things that could be causing it and how would the doctor decifer between them all...

i forgot to tell u weight if ur heavy will raise ur enzymes very much. also STOP, STOP taking any form of tylenol in it, that alone could be ur problem tylenol is very toxic to liver. i also have a place u can get tca for acne scarring if its icepick shaped only and u have to wait till after treatment(6months to use it but i can give u a place to purchase it yourself and do it yourself without paying the rip-off price drs. charge u. i been where u r for 26 years so i have some knowledge, but do get in touch i dont like to see anybody go through what i did without knowledge......ill help and theres hope so keep ur chin up....byezeus
