Home remedies?

What are the best home remedies for acne?  

I wash my face twice before going to bed,  I apply astringent with cotton,  I use green 'dead sea mudd' about once a week.  

Are these good things to do?  Anything I'm not thinking of?

Dead sea products claim to be beneficial for lots of skin conditions. I would recommend you try some more useful products. Just because something is natural does not mean it will work. The best over the counter brand for acne, in my view, is Freederm. Use the facial wash and treatment gel which contain anti-inflammatory ingredients.
If your acne persists see your doctor for a prescription-strength acne gel such as Dalacin-T, Differin or Duac gel. A course of oral antibiotics will also be useful. Tetracyclines such as Lymecycline or Oxytetracycline are generally more effective than erythromycin. Loiloi xx
