How fo I get rid of my acne/blackheads?

I have regular acne and am stuck with blackheads that just wont go on my nose and forehead.Ive tried a range of products from blackhead eraser/cleansers to tea tree oil facial washes...., but nothing seems to be having any effect.My skin looks the same after months of treatment...
If I up the dosage of products I use, it dries out my skin severly and I get skin peel and irritated skin, but keeping the same dosage just isnt really doing anything.
Thing is my skin is very oily,when I remove the oil the skin gets very dry and moisturiser just helps it get oily again...
I'm kind of stuck here with this skin condition would appreciate help on how to treat it :).
