Huge Pimples on my Nose

Hello, Since my college days, I have been getting many pimples on my face and mostly on my nose. It was back in 2003. But now, in 2009 the swellings on my nose are still present and becomes bigger on hot days. It doesn't ache but my nose is uneven. I got a pimple yesterday and its aching a lot. My nose just got another form!
Please advise. Thank you.

You don't say which remedies you have already tried, but your doctor can prescribe either Duac gel (clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide) or Differin gel (adapalene) to clear your acne spots.

Hi, thank you for your response. I used Neo-Medrol. I can upload a picture of my nose if you don't understand. They are not pimples. They donot even ache. Its like here, permanently!
