I have acne between my breast

So a couple years ago I had acne between my breast and I keto messing with it and now I have scares. But now I'm starting to break out there again and it's really itchy.... What should I doo?!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to comment specifically. Itching or pruritis with acne could result from dry skin, infection, inflammation, allergy, insect bites etc. I would suggest keeping the region clean and oil free at all times. You could also use an ointment containing benzoyl peroxide/ clindamycin. After the acne heals you could try products containing ingredients like tretinoin, hydroxyquinone, arbutin, kojic acid, azelaic acid, alpha hydroxyl acids, niacinamide etc. If these do not seem to be beneficial you may consider seeing a dermatologist for alternative treatment options.
