I have mod/sever acne face/neck/chest/back

Thoughout my life I can always remember having acne, I went to see a dermatologist at the hospital, i was given a drug called Roaccutane. I began this treatment when i was about 15 and it worked well, for the next 4/5 years i had clear skin, I had some side effects: muscular pains/dry lips/feeling a bit down.

Eventualy the acne came back and it was just as bad as before, I get large boils/cysts on my chest/neck sometimes on my back but my face is not as bad as before, thank god.

As a result of having acne, I have facial scaring, which is fairly bad, but i don't think i can afford laser treatment.

At the moment I am taking anti biotics Tetralysal 300, this seems to work ok for my face, but I am still getting large boils, i have 2 on my chest right now, causing me pain. :( as i go on with my condition, I am becoming more depressed and feeling very much down.
I need advice, should I go back on Roaccutane or is there another way, after researching on the net i found a new thing called Vilantae. would it be worth trying? it would be exspensive, so im thinking maybe i should just get back on Roaccutane, because i can get that from my GP.

Please can I have some advice, I am worried about the side effects of this drug, but i know it works, i just need to know if there is another way. Also what about my scars? does anyone know a less expensive treatment?

I have had severe back acne and still do, I know mine is caused by food allergies, I would suggest getting an allergy tests. When I ate peanuts I would have huge pimples on my back that would cause me pain as well as on my scalp.

I also have acne on my back chest and my neck. I think mine is hormonal. I am considering accutane I here it works ( I hope ) But I also need to check on the hormonal part as well or it is for nothing. Please respond

Ask your doctor about Triaz and Differin. Those two together have worked wonders for my skin. I've been using them for a couple of years now on my face, neck and back and chest and I love it. Although things got worse before they got better but it was worth it to me.
