I have no idea what to do

Hi,
I'm a 19 year old male and I have a problem that I have no idea what to do. It might be 2 distinct problems or the same one. Well about 8 months ago I got 2 pimples on my hips (above the waist band). I popped them and was expecting them to go away, but they didn't. It is no longer pus filled but it is there are still 2 small red circles where they were. Now this summer when I was working (it was really hot) I think the same thing happened. Except now it is higher up then before ( a few inches below my arm pit). They were pimples, I popped them and now they are red spots, a bunch of them. It seems though that more appear to come from no where and they just never leave. Like I looked tonight and saw 2 new ones on my pecks and a couple of weeks ago noticed a bunch on my chest. They don't really itch at all. Now this may be a completely seperate problem. On my groin I sometimes get pimples but when I try and pop them, they hurt, but eventually pus comes out. But right underneath where they pus came out from there seems to be this kind of hardness to it. Like a small pebble ( can't really think of another way to describe it). After a while they go away but they come back. I have no idea what to do for either problem and am getting pissed off at my body for not fixing it. Please help if you know what to do.

well I don't know much about the ones on your hips or anywhere else. But, I've had the same problem with them being on my "lower area". I tried popping them too. That hurt sooo bad. But If I were you I wouldn't try popping the ones that are in the lower part of your body. Mine always turn out to be an in-grown hair. So that's what those could be. They will eventually go away. Well mine did anyways. I'm sorry if this wasn't much help for you. lol. But maybe you should go see your dermatologist. And, if you don't have one then go to your doctor and let them subscribe you to one.
I hope everything goes ok :)
