I have severe nodular acne

I have been told by many demotologists that i have severe nodular acne, i have had this since i was 14 and am now 18, i have taken doxicyclene, tretonoin gels, climidacine, and also many commercal products such as proactive, and acne ID. None of these have worked well, the doxicyclene worked the best and i was taking 100 mg in the morning and 100 mg at night, and it barely worked, i eat healthy and work out and maintain a fairly healthy lifestyle, i want to know what will work, and i cant take acutane or genarics, i don't know why but i have been told that it wont be very helpful, also i have lots of scars from the acne what can i do for that?

Why cant you take Accutane? Accutane is the only semi- permanent cure for acne in the world. Some people get laser treatments but insurance does not cover those procedures.
