I have these strange red marks for a while now near my chest...

Tags: Is, marks, near, chest, strange, red, red marks, eyes, ms, cause, Itchy, pimple, not irritating, not itchy, unpleasant

It's not pimples cause it doesn't surface up... I though it would go away but it's been months now.. What is this and how can I remove it? It's not itchy nor irritating.. It's just unpleasant to the eyes.. I'm 15...
