I need help!!!!!!

I have no clue where this questions goes but I decide since it is near my face you would understand. So in my mouth on the lower part. When I open my mouth and I lower my bottom lip and you see that gum part of your mouth after your teeth. There is this white kinda circle thing and i don't know what it is. I have looked on website and could find pics or questions like mines. So it hurts somethings when I open up my mouth or when I move my lower lip to look at it through a mirror. I have no idea what it is. However, it's fine in the morning once it becomes the evening that is when the pain kicks in . I have no idea. do you think I have herpes or am I just dying?
