I really need hep

I think this is acne, its gets really ichy sometimes, and ive had it for 3 months i have tryed , proactive,specto, and now im using clean and clear persa-gel, but what do i do ? how can i get rid of this ! please help

Hi. As you have found, acne products available to the public (Clean & Clear, Proactive) are of limited benefit for anything more than mild acne.
You should see your doctor for a course of oral antibiotics such as Oxytetracycline and a topical retinoid such as Differin. Female acne patients will also benefit from taking an anti-androgen contraceptive pill like Yasmin, Yaz or Diane35. Don't worry, these are commonly prescribed to teenage girls with acne even if they do not require birth control yet.
