I thinks its a pimple but, not sure

I have two bumps on my upper lip between my lip & the skin. i have one on my right side & one on my left side. They came together at the same time. They do not hurt, or there isn't any irritation, swelling or redness. But this is just day two since it happen. I just woke up yesterday morning & saw them on my lip. I want to believe that it is pimple, because I do not want to freak out my boyfriend & believe that its a cold sore or something else. What do you think???
