I want my old skin back!

Hey everyone.

I have acne/pimples on my face, it is the worst on my forehead and cheeks.

I have literaly tried EVERYTHING; proactive, mary kay, tea trea etc etc. I am using a acne gel called Duac at the moment and the 'DermaNew' product which is helping a lot.

But i want ALL the little pimples gone aswell. Can someone please give me some advice. Thanks.

I am just as annoyed as you with acne. Try this because it's really been helping me.

1. Vitamin d! Sounds weird but it will really really help your skin!!! There are capsules for this, and i can't tell you it really helped me
2. Don't put too many harsh products on your face and always stick to a routine. Wash your face EVERY night before bed and in the morning. Use a gentle cleanser, toner and lotion. No fragrance stuff, think more towards nutregena naturals.
4. Use a spot treatment. It sounds corny but I use zapzyt and it works wonders. It's 10 percent b.p so don't use it all over. Dab a little on a pimple or when a pimple is coming on, it gets rid of them! It drys them out so have some good lotion.
5. Drink water! It's good for you and your skin. Cut back on bad food and eat more healthy.
