I was like "What the hell?!"

I was like "What the hell?!"

So it all started about 5 minutes ago, I was out of the shower and applying my moistrizer to my face, a usual routine. I've had red dots which look like pimples, but they aren't! Well, I don't know what they are. Thats why I am here. I do have several pimples on my cheeks that are just strictly small red bumps, surrounding those on my cheeks look exactly the same, but they have absolutely no texture. When I run my finger across my cheek it's smooth, which is leaving me asking myself WHAT THE HELL? What are they, and why won't they go away? I, out of all my friends am the person who will walk around with a pimple on my face in fear of popping it will leave me with scarring... So I don't believe they are scars... I am confused and I need help. What are these skin smooth red dots?

I notice that as soon as I get out of the shower they are REDhot... But then later on they fade to a lighter red which is nice because they blend in with my skin.. It's just a shame because I look at my skin around these red dots and it looks very nice, and these red dots come in and **** me off... Help. Me.

And P.S. does anyone know any ways to get rid of redness around the nose area? Thanks!

Well I don't know what those red dots are, but the reason they stick out so much after a shower is because the heat dilates your blood vessels and increases blood flow--so to get them to be less noticeable you can wash your face with cold water or even run an ice cube over your face.  Some people's skin turns red more easily than others, so maybe that is all it is.
