Irritation/Sensitivity upon foreskin.

At the very tip of my foreskin there is minor irritation/sensitivity and red area. I had sex a few days ago, (three) which involved slightly painful penetration after my penis fell out and I moved to put it back in. Although it hurt slightly, I continued the sex and finished.

Is the irritation and red area just from the sex being a little tight around the penis-head the second attempt? As it is slightly sensitive right now.

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to tell. Possibilities that may need to be considered include traumatic intercourse, infections, inflammations etc. It would be best to have this evaluated by a primary care physician or a dermatologist at your earliest convenience for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
