Is Minocycline Safe for Acne?

My doctor gave my prescription Minocycline (100mg) Once a day, to treat my moderate acne

There is a huge list of side effects, Im not asking if it will work, because i havnt started yet.

Im asking what my chances of these side effects happening to me are, some of them being pretty intense.

Hi. Oral antibiotics are widely prescribed for acne and are generally well tolerated. Most people can take this type of medicine without problems.
Oral antibiotics can cause nausea or diahorrea, especially at the start of treatment. Discontinue use if you have signs of a serious allergic reaction (hives, rash, swelling of the tongue or fingers, closing of the airways).
There is no way of knowing how a medication you have not taken before will effect you. However, oral antibiotics have fewer potential side effects than Oral Isotretinoin (Accutane). Your doctor would not have prescribed this if you had any known contraindications or past intolerance of antibiotics.
