Is rubbing alcohol okay to use? Has anybody used just plain old rubbing alcohol?
Out of all the products I've ever used before it seems to work the best it just dries out my skin.

Hi.  As you are pregnant I cannot safely recommend any topical or oral acne medications as there is a risk small amounts may be passed on to the baby. The good news is that during the second and third trimesters your acne should improve due to the change in hormone levels. If your acne returns after delivery you can go on an anti-androgen birth control pill 21 days after giving birth, providing you do not breast-feed. You could also use oral or topical antibiotics if you don't breast-feed.
Congratulations and good luck. Eloise x
