Is this acne on my lip?

A while ago I had what appeared to be a blackhead on the left corner of my lip. It had a black-looking tiny scab on top such as a blackhead would. This irritated me so I used tiny sharp scissors to remove the black scab. After I did this I squeezed it and white stuff came out. It was not like white stuff from a white head. It was not creamy at all. It came out kind of like stick-butter but in a cylinder shape because of the circular way that I cut the spot open. After I did this twice and squeezed all the white stuff out. It has not come back since. But now I have a reddish bump on my right upper lip. It is reddish brown on the outside, it is a circle-shape, and in the middle is a little white bump. So I tried to do the same thing before I stabbed at it and squeezed the white stuff out. But it did not go away like the other one. I am sure that it is not herpes because I do not kiss people nor have I ever had sex. So please can you help me what is this on my lip? I get embarrassed I do not want people to think that it is herpes!!!
