Large indents in my face

I have been getting "indents" in my face.  It is very concerning.  I am a 36 year old female.  I have had acne all of my life but a couple of years ago, it got very bad.  It turned into cystic acne but left small scars.  I have been to multiple dermatologists and all but the one I'm seeing now did nothing.  I mean nothing!  I had a severe infection in my forehead last summer, nothing like I've ever had before.  It also, what I assume, spread.  I ended up with an "indent" in my left breast from one as well. I think I spread it from drying off after the shower.  I started seeing this dermatologist who put me on Tetracycline and daily use of topical clindamycine and Benzoyl Peroxide.  While on these meds, I started getting indents in my face.  That's the only way I can describe it.  The scarring is terrible!  I am no longer on the tetracycline but now am still using the topicals plus Retin A at bedtime.  I am not breaking out at all on the outside, but now I'm getting large (like 1 inch long each) indents  in my face and I'm so scared.  This is my face and I feel like a freak.  What is causing this?  Can it be stopped? Is there any solution to this problem?
