Lip pimple / sore ??

I have this large pimple or sore on my lip. I don't know how to get rid of it. My skin has got bad as I have been on reading week and neglecting my hygene (usually shower twice a day, sometimes showered once every two days this week). Anyways my skin has got terrible, and its getting better.. except for on my lip.
I do not know if its connected to my outer lip or if its something inside.. it feels quite large if you feel it if you touch it.
What do I need to do? I've been biting it (really annoying) trying to pop the zit outside my lip, nothing but pimple juice is coming out. Its bothering me so much I am considering taking a needle to it!
