Do anyone know what this is? I have no health insurance so i am not gonna go to a doctor to see about it. It comes and goes from my right cheek to my left cheek.. i have no clue what it is... for years now they came and gone. let me know.
Here in the Uk, where I live, we have free healthcare and prescriptions only cost £7.20 (£14 US dollars). Could some other members advise as to good products in countires without free healthcare? Check out Differin's website. This is a prescription product but seems relatively inexpensive.

Cystic acne can be diagnosed from visual presentation- the skin is oily and the lumps are red and inflammed. This responds best to prescription medication (oral antibiotics and topical retinoids). Whilst you are without insurance you should purchase over the counter medications to reduce inflammation and minimise the risk of scarring. Products containing either salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide (Clearasil/Clean & Clear/Proactive) will be of some benefit. Or try Freederm (nicotinamide).
Taking Zinc tablets may also help acne.
