I cannot seem to find an appropriate community for my query, but this seems close enough.
While shaving, I noticed that a small red bump had appeared under my left (from my perspective) nostrilNostril nasal decongestant. I ignored it at the time, thinking it would simplySimply sleep go away before I headed abroad.
Eventually the bump became larger, until it began to affect my self-confidence. I began picking at it (bad I know, but I wanted to look good abroad), and the bump was eventually picked away.
Scabbing occurred where the bump once was, and I picked that away too. Now, after returning from Europe, the skin is noticeably redder where the scab once was, and looks kind of like a crater.
My mother, who is a Registered Nurse, said that some hair may have gotten under my skin (?) while shaving. Is my faceFace pain permanently altered because I picked at it too much, or can a doctor make my faceFace pain look the same as it was before the bump appeared? I am currently uninsured, but if the cost is not too much I could visit a clinic or something.
