Nasty Pimple-like Bumps on Butt and Thighs

I have had a really bad out break on my butt and back of my thighs.  Its so gross and embarrassing.  I also cant help but picking them, its like I can't stop.  I have tried so many remedies and nothing seems to work.  The scaring is bad too and I just want it to all go away.  I wish I never started picking at them.  Now it just looks horrible.  I need Help!!! How can I make the break outs stop and go away for ever and what can I do for the scaring???  Anyone have any good tips on how to stop oneself from picking over and over!!!! SOS!!

have you tried getting hot water(to your liking) and adding three drops of organic tree oil and then putting it in the areas then after take a shower in hot water and with a pumbis stone gently scrub?

hi, dont fret about it, it will go! have a hot bath regularly and use a face scrub on it. dont use oil in your bath though. try sudocrem on it afterwards. dont wear nylon type fancy knickers or tights cos theyll make it worse. use cotton ones & let your bum breathe at night. i find i get a zitty bum with fancy knickers -and men dont care so dont worry about it. i once lost weight & my skin improved but that was hard work to keep up!!

Try a dandruff shampoo where your breakouts are....I use Selsun Blue. Its drying though so don't use it on your face!

I have tried the tree oil, it works sometimes. I will try to keep it up.  I have also switched to cotton.  w105rav, i will give the dandruff shampoo a shot.  Thanks all
