Neck acne

I am only  breaking out with acne on my neck.  Is there something that can be causing it to break out just there?

Hi. I would not recommend topical preparations indicated for facial acne, as the skin on your neck tends to be more fragile than other areas of your body.
See your doctor for a definite diagnosis (it is unusual to have acne solely on your neck, the face chest and back are more commonly effected). A course of oral antibiotics may be indicated. If this is acne, you may also benefit from switching to a combined oral contraceptive pill as oestrogen blocks the action of androgens - the hormones responsible for stimulating the skin's grease-glands.
