Need help before seeking treatment

I started breaking out on my neck, with one huge bump. It was painful large and protruding out of my neck. It was filled with more of a fluid, not to oily. It took a week and a half to heal but was still filled with fluid. My face has broke out more lately. A spot will heal then another pops up in a 12 hour span of time. I never had never had teen acne except for an occaisional zit, so now I need to know if I should seek help. All the spots on my face are filled with fluid then an oily-white head type of blimmish
