check out netrogena oil free acne wash, its orange and has a pump on it, use its twice a day one in thee shower and one right before bed.. and try washing hands on a regular basis.. like once after school or work and after rest room.. and try not touching your face, only when theres a mirror in front of you and you have soap n water.. those steps helppedd me alot.

Hi. The best store-bought range I can recommend is Freederm. They make a cleanser, moisturiser, exfoliator and treatment gel (contains nicotinamide). However, you must be realistic in your expectations. Results may not compare to prescription products. You may not need to see a dermatologist, your regular doctor is able to prescribe all but the strongest acne treatments. A twelve week course of an oral antibiotic such as Oxytetracycline 250mg twice daily in conjunction with a topical retinoid like Differin is very effective and generally well tolerated.
