Nodular acne break out on buttocks

I'm 23, and I used to take Accutane a long time ago in High School. I haven't really had any nodular acne in like 4 years, but recently I have been getting insane amounts of nodular acne on my left buttock... It seems to have started with 1, now there are 7. I was wondering, my dermatologist is on vacation for the whole summer (at least til August) and I am thinking of just going to walk-in dermatologist. But my question, is there anything they can do, I don't believe I will be needing Accutane anymore, my face is 100% clear, and the only other blemishes I have on my body are small in-grown hairs from shaving.

Hi. I recommend using a cream containing zinc such as Sudocrem. If this doesn't help see a walk-in dermatologist or your regular doctor. It would be unusual to develop acne solely on the butocks and this may be a different sort of bacterial skin infection, with a similar visual presentation to acne, like folliculitis.
