Non itchy rash on lower arm

I have had this non itchy rash spread from my lower arm to my wrist for over month. Since after noticing it i tried an antiseptic soap which did not work, i tried a face cleanser and then hydrocortisone cream. I used hydrocortisone for a week and then went to see my doctor because it didn't work. My Dr asked me to continue using the hydrocortisone cream for one more week, this I have done but rashes still present and i'm beginning to notice a few of this rashes on my chest. Help!!!!!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of the lesions. Possibilities that may need to be considered include infections, inflammations, allergic reactions, primary skin conditions, systemic/ haematological causes etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
