Outbreak.

recently I've been getting spots, I'm 15 and never before have I had spots except near my period. I'm getting one bang in between my eyebrows, on my chin and nose. What should I do about it, I don't think it's acne but thiswas the mist convenient forum to go to, should I change my diet , use different face washes?

In regards to dieting, try to cut out foods high in grease and sugar as these can add to the development of the oils that our bodies produce and eventually creates acne. good luck!
