I hate the ones that are real sensitive.  Im not sure how your pain tolerance is but, bite a towel and squeez the hell out of it.  If it does pop then put some benzoyl peroxide on or just regular peroxide to clean it out. Take a hot shower clean the area and re apply whatever antibacterial item you use.  hope this helps. O ya when you squeez it you will feel a really strong pain but your body chemicals will kick in and you will be able to tolerate it.

I wont recommend such way to get rid of pain and anxiety.
try herbal products....did you hear about NEEM tree with imaaculous results.

People spend millions of dollars every year for treatment of Acne and other outbreaks of Skin Disorders. Acne & Skin Disorders cause more psychological problems than physical. You may feel a great deal of embarrassment at an age when you tend to be sensitive about your personal appearance.

Skin has a delicate pH balance; and you need to be very careful not to treat skin with different chemicals to disturb it. This will cause acne to become chronic or leave long-term scars on your skin.

Get someone to pop it for you. Normally, Idon't suggest this, but I have always felt instant relief after doing this. Since it's on your back and not your face, the after-redness won't really be a problem. If there's no head to the pimple and it looks like it won't pop easily, apply a hot compress to the area. If this doesn't work, leave it alone and dry the area out with a cleanser or topical ointment.

ok please don't pop it unless there is a head.  You will only damage the tissue and possibly make matters worse.  Your skin is a lot more delicate than you think.  Ice the area and apply hydrcortizone. Then next a bit more hydrocortizone and apply a bandage, like a large band-aid.  I tell my clients to do this with cysts and it really helps with the inflammation.  If none of this helps then you might want to have your doc give you a cortizone injection.  Hope this helps
