Painful Burning Bumbs Only During Intercourse

Not sure where to post this, but I Really, really need help. I have multiple pin sized bumps around top of penis shaft and on/around crown. There appears to be absolutely nothing there but maybe some dry skin and mild itching when soft. When I get an erection the bumps become visable and are very painful to sexual stimulation. It has been a few days and I have no idea whats going on. I originally thought they were do to my very sexually active relationship or from masterbation (masturbation) with conditioner. It does hurt alittle when I urinate, but I believe this may be due to my increased alcohol consumption and subsequent dehydration from worrying about this problem. Please help

I would suggest seeing a doctor - it isn't normal to have pain while having sex. I don't know what the bumps are about either, but I'm sure a doctor would. Plus, you would be able to get treatment for it. So yes, I strongly suggest getting it checked out. Worrying about it yourself and drinking won't help much. Good luck!!
