Penis Help!

Hello, I am a 21 year old male and have had sex once in my life. I used a condom for the sexually activity but there was some rubbing of my penis in the vagina area without a condom, stupid i know! Within 15 minutes after sex my penis head was irritated and had a burning feeling around the edge of my penis head with some redness(I am circumcised). The next day the burning continued and a lot of little red dots appeared in the sore area. There was a little bit of discomfort in the meatus and when I urinated. After about 6 days it stopped bugging me and the sports and redness almost completely left but however there was 2 little white spots on the head of my penis that caused no discomfort and were not like blisters or anything just a white discoloration. These spots have continued to stay around and it has been 4 weeks with no change in the white spots. About 2 weeks after the redness and little red dots almost were gone, now they are back again with the same burning feeling! I need help! does anyone have any idea what this could be. Infection? STD? I am freaking out!

You are torturing yourself.  Make an appointment with a dermatologist and have him'/her look at it.  The chances of an STD are slim and none.  I'm assuming you know this girl right?  Just make the appointment and put your mind at ease.
