Can EXEL GN be used for removing pimples or pimple scars on face?Thanks.

Hi there!

Excel G is a combination of a steroid and an antibiotic, with a possible side effect of hypopigmentation. Though it is likely to be useful, it is not one of the preferred agents for the purpose.
