Pimples all over Scalp, face and Body during fever

Hi there, yesterday i fallen ill in the morning. While i was trying to touch my forehead to see hot hot i was, i felt bumps on my forehead. They weren't there the day before yesterday. So i went to the kitchen and when i look at a mirror, I was shock to see pimples all over my face with liquid stuff oozing out from the pimples. I suppose it would be gone by today. But when i woke up this morning, It became worst, My scalp has bumps and too was my upper body. What are all these pimples doing on my scalp and body?? I really need help, please! What symptoms I have? What should I Do??? Please reply to this post ASAP!!
